When We Cannot Offer Refunds

Change of Mind

Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.

Opened Products

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened food products.

Late Claims

Claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Refund Processing

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
